These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LiJournal (the "Service"), operated by Daniil Lutsyk (trading as LiJournal) ("we", "us", "our"), available at lijournal.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
LiJournal is a trading journal and analytics tool that lets you record, import, review and analyse your own trading activity. LiJournal does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and is not a broker, dealer, or adviser. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. See our Risk Disclaimer.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Your unique username (@handle) is permanent and may not be changed once set. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the trade data and content you enter or import ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content and for having the right to upload it.
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls or usage limits; reverse engineer or scrape the Service; resell or share paid access; upload unlawful content; or infringe others' rights.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Daniil Lutsyk (trading as LiJournal) and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to copy the Service.
The Service relies on third parties, including Supabase (hosting, database, authentication), Whop (payments) and market-data providers (e.g. Databento) for charts. Their availability and data are outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of market or analytical data, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any analysis, statistic or insight is accurate, complete or will lead to profitable outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniil Lutsyk (trading as LiJournal) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live (for example, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you are a UK consumer).
